When buying printers online or over the phone we offer a 12 month return to base warranty with the purchase.
Our 12 month RTB warranty will cover any problems you may have with the printer and we will fix it in house and get it back to you within 5-7 working days.



What you need to do if your printer is broken and under warranty:

  1. Check that the problem is not a software problem. To do this you can check this online or in your manual. 
  2. Give us a call to explain the problem. We will then let you know if we can fix it and when we can fit you in.
  3. Arrange a drop of time and date with us.We will also tell you how long the printer will take to fix.
  4. Make sure when you drop your printer of you bring a copy of your warranty in with it. (invoice). If you are sending your printer in by courier please inform us so we can then check your warranty before hand.
  5. leave it with us to fix your printer/scanner/copier and we will give you a call when it is ready.
  6. We will then ship this back at our cost.
