When buying printers online or over the phone we offer a 12 month return to base warranty with the purchase.
Our 12 month RTB warranty will cover any problems you may have with the printer and we will fix it in house and get the printer fixed as quick as possible.
What you need to do if your printer is broken and under warranty:
- Check that the problem is not a software problem. To do this you can check this online or in a manual.
- Call us to explain the problem. We will then let you know if we can fix it and when we can fit you in.
- Arrange a drop of time and date with us.We will also tell you how long the printer will take to fix. If you are unable to find a courier we can invoice you for the cost and our courier can collect.
- Make sure when you drop your printer of you bring a copy of your warranty in with it. (invoice).
- leave it with us to fix your printer/scanner/copier and we will give you a call when it is ready to inform you as to when you will receive it back.
