Printer Maintenance was established in 2004, since then we have expanded our warehouse to 20,000 sq ft and have over 15,000 printers in stock today ready for immediate dispatch.We started off with 2 members off staff and we now have over 10 employees working for us in the office and in our warehouse. When we started off we supplied just local businesses but we now supply all over Europe to homes, suppliers, businesses, schools, university's and colleges.

All of our printers are professionally refurbished by our in-house Engineers who replace any worn parts with genuine HP parts.All our printers are sold with a 6 month warranty minimum. Our Engineers have over 10 years of experience in repairing printers. All of our printers get fully cleaned and serviced and get packaged for dispatch the best as they can be by our dispatch team and top of the range packaging equipment..

In addition to printers we also have a range of plotters, scanners. fax machines and copiers for sale.

We offer an in-house printer repair service. We give free consultations on printers to get the correct problem we will then quote on a repair price. Also with a repair our customers machine always get a full clean and service included in the price. If our customer can not drop there printer into our warehouse we will arrange for our courier to pick the machine up at an extra cost.

If the printer is beyond economical repair we will offer you a new machine. If you allow us to keep your old machine we will deduct this off the price of your new machine. Your new machine will come with a free 12 month warranty.
