We have decided to give our shop a re-vamp. We decided that it wast very easy to understand to people with not much printer knowledge. So we have improved MOST of it to make it a easier buying experience for everyone.

_ Our live chat service is now up and running. This will give customers the chance to chat with us live about any issues or questions they have. Our phone lines are always very busy so this is a quick way for customers to get an answer or quote from us.

We have tested the service several times and it is working perfectly. We would like our customers to inform us if they have any problems with the service so that we can fix it as soon as possible for the service to run smoothly again.

Over the weekend our Ebay shop went really well. We had lots of sales and today more items have been put on! so hopefully it will be another good week ahead!

_ Our Ebay site is doing very well! we now need more then one person taking control of it. We have decided that the best thing to do is set up another shop! at the moment we are not selling anything but it is set up and ready to go! once we get some good feedback we can turn our second account into a shop!

_ We have now listed our 'CASH 4 PRINTERS' Service online. We will offer cash for your new, old, used or broken printers. Its best to email or ring us for a quote. If its 1 - 5 single printers we wont offer a pick up unless your printer is worth over £150.00 but if your offering us 5 or more we will happy to pick up your batch.

Our first weekend live on the web went really well. Our visitors and hits are rising rapidly and people are using our facilities such as online enquiry and online repair help!

This week I will be adding bits and bobs to the site and if any new machines come into the warehouse they will be on the website asap!
