Printer Maintenance Ltd is a family business based in the heart of Cheshire.
The business was founded over 20 years ago by mother and son team, Pauline and James Carter.
We have grown from strength to strength to be recognised as the UK largest exporter of used printers, 30+ staff who have supplied fully refurbished, branded printers/copiers/scanners and consumables to over 30,000 happy customers.
Both Pauline and James are established and trusted names in the used printer industry and refurbished market, known for a high level of satisfaction who can source even the hardest to find items. Whether you are buying a home printer, a business scanner, repairing a copier or simply need new toner or inks we can help at a fraction of the cost of new.
Our continuously expanding export market built on our reputation to always deliver the highest quality and price for clients in over 50 countries, regularly for-filling container shipments to America, China, Africa, Europe & Middle East.
No procurement obstacle can faze us, who hold 200+ years of industry knowledge and expertise. Printer Maintenance Ltd is an environmentally conscious business which seeks to give working electrical goods destined for landfill a prolonged life and supporting the circular economy.
Looking to offset our carbon footprint as well as give generously to charities. We also offer engineer and warehouse apprenticeships, and we pay the National Living wage.
Our 12 strong, multi-national team of qualified engineers also provide expert advice and guidance for all our customers who also enjoy the peace of mind of either a 6 or 12 month Return to Base warranty.
Printer Maintenance Ltd also offers certified data cleansing and GDPR services, end of line asset recovery, recycling and business liquidation collection.
We utilise established courier services to ensure delivery as well as our own logistics. We are always looking to work with new suppliers too! Whether it be small pallets of stock or whole container loads we are always interested in speaking with you.

Our Facility
Printer Maintenance Limited is a well-established company that has been in operation since 2004, In 2023 Printer Maintenance Limited moved into a purpose built facility, we dedicated engineering and processing departments with a warehouse that spans 20,000 sq. ft.
This large space allows the company to specialize in second-hand printers, parts, and accessories. We deal with buying and selling second-hand printers, MFP’s, Copiers, Scanners, EPOS equipment, refurbished printers, new and boxed printers, printer accessories, and printer parts
